Christmas Food Drive in Support of Daily Bread TO

The Boys of the Future team would like to thank our GTHA community for a successful Food Drive in time for Christmas!

Food insecurity has been a very real issue for many folks in Canada. COVID has only amplified this.

Daily bread Etobicoke has seen a 120% increase in their food bank visits since the the pandemic hit in March. We figured we’d reach within our communities and pull together some resources in support of Daily Bread.

With your help we were able to gather quite a bit of food and even managed to raise $3195. Every dollar raised is equivalent to 1 meal donated, so that is something to be proud of.

From the bottom of our hearts we’d like to thank all members of our community who participated and helped us fight food insecurity this Christmas.
